Guide To Deliveries
Please read the information below before placing your order
Step 1: Within a day, we will begin the process of manufacturing your order in house
Step 2: Once your order is ready, it goes through our quality control checks
Step 3: The courier collects your order for delivery and will call you 24-48 hours prior to the delivery date to confirm
Step 4: On the day of delivery, the driver will call you at least 30 minutes prior to delivery to make sure you're at home
Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer deliveries on a specific day. If the day that the courier has arranged isn't suitable for you, just let the couriers know and they will rearrange for another day that is more convenient.
We Offer a FAST & FREE delivery service to most parts of the UK within 5-10 working days on the majority of items within our store, however to some areas we do have slightly longer lead times. If your postcode is listed below we will aim to deliver within 2-4 weeks.
Room Of Choice & Assembly Service
All deliveries are to the MAIN COMMUNAL DOOR for the property. The couriers are not responsible for taking anything into your property unless it has been arranged by Universal Beds prior to delivery.
For houses the driver will deliver the products into the front door and for flats the driver will deliver the products into the communal door.
Room Of Choice - £79.99 - Please make sure that all passages are clear so there is enough room for our team to put the bed into your chosen room.
Assembly Service - £129.99 - If there is already a bed assembled in the room, we require the bed to be dismantled and removed from the room so the space is clear for the new bed to be assembled. Due to health and safety the couriers aren't able to take the old bed away.
Please Note: If for any reason you aren't happy with the quality of the products you have ordered or there is any damage, please reject the delivery. If the delivery is accepted, Universal Beds accepts no responsibility for any damages to the product as it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are happy with the condition of the product and the customer accepts full liability.
Any delivery related issues must be reported to email@example.com within 24 hours of the items being delivered.
In the event that the first delivery attempt is missed, we will instruct the couriers to attempt to deliver the item again at no extra cost to any customer. If the second delivery attempt is then missed there will be a redelivery fee of £60.
