Returns & Refunds


It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the order is placed correctly
Any Bespoke Or Made To Order Items Are Non Refundable or Exchangeable 
Any Bespoke Or Made To Order Items Can Only Be Exchanged If The Product Is Delivered Damaged
Due To Hygiene Reason, Mattresses Cannot Be Returned Once They Have Been Removed From Their Original Packaging
If A Component Of The Bed Requires Replacing Due To A Customer Originated Replacement, There Will Be A Standard Delivery Charge Of £40 
Cancelling An Order
In the event you would like to cancel or amend your order, we require you to inform us by email within 48 hours of the original order.
Missing Parts
In the rare event that your items arrive with parts missing please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue. We will ask you to email us some pictures of the issues or damages so we can get a better understanding of the problem and work to get everything sorted as soon as possible.
All missing parts or defects must be reported to within 24 hours of the items being delivered.
Once unpacked or assembled no refund will be allowed and replacements will be at the discretion of Universal Beds.
In the event of a return being accepted, once the items have been returned to Universal Beds we will then inspect the items to establish the cause of the defect. Once we have completed our checks we will then contact you via email to tell you the outcome of the checks, if we conclude that there wasn't any user related damage we will proceed to issue a full refund. This procedure is completed within 3-5 working days.
All carriage charges on returned items are to be paid by the customer.
If you wish to return anything please contact us and we shall arrange a collection through our couriers. A £150 collection charge will be deducted from the refund value with no exceptions.
